TCPC 2017 Fall Rally Agenda Thursday, August 31st - Monday, September 4th

Theme:​ Pumpkins and Cakewalks Cost:​ ​$28.00 per adult; for children 12 and under there is no charge Please wear your TCPC nametags.

Thursday, August 31st
10:00 - L.A. Board Meeting
3:00 - 4:00 Rally Registration and Hospitality
3:00 - 4:00 Country Store Hours
5:30 - Modified Pot Luck Tailgating Party: Weather permitting the Modified Tailgating Party will be held on the clubhouse gravel parking lot. Bring your Pot Luck dish and it will be placed on a tailgate and questions answered. Relax and visit with friends in the area until dinner is served. You are invited either to walk or to drive your golf cart as you select from the Pot Luck variety. Decide to eat in the picnic area or to the clubhouse.*
6:15 - Live reading / Storytime: Weather permitting an abridged version of Washington Irving's The Legend of Sleepy Hollow will be read as we sit around a campfire on the clubhouse gravel parking lot.*

Auction - Day and time to be determined

1. Bring your own set-ups (silverware/plasticware, plates, bowls, glasses/cups) to each meal.
2. Bring your chairs and a flashlight to the Thursday evening reading / storytelling.
3. If the Thursday weather is inclement, the Pot Luck Dinner and reading storytelling will take place in the clubhouse
